Speaker Bio:
Founder & Executive Director, Legacy Education Center
Randy Dunton is called to coach — in sports, in leadership, and in life. His coaching journey began in Anchorage, Alaska, where as a young head coach at Anchorage Christian Schools, he won back-to-back state championships and made five consecutive state tournament appearances. His collegiate coaching career spanned Liberty University, Binghamton University, and Marshalltown Community College, where he became known for program turnarounds, player development, and a passion for excellence. At Liberty, Dunton played a pivotal role in the program’s historic 22–6 season and later led the Flames to a Big South Conference Championship and NCAA Tournament berth as head coach.
Today, Coach Dunton channels his decades of leadership and team-building experience into workforce and community transformation. As Founder and Executive Director of the Legacy Education Center (LEC), he is pioneering a model that mentors individuals toward employment maturity, economic mobility, and home ownership. This year, LEC is training 800 individuals—including more than 600 high school seniors in the Class of 2026—equipping them to overcome intergenerational poverty and unlock pathways to meaningful careers.
Randy and his wife, Nadine—his high school sweetheart—have three children, Ashley, Matthew, and Emilee, and are proud grandparents to Hudson, Halle, and Shane.
