Be part of our LRSHRM HR Department of One program. Our meetings take place virtually monthly, with occasional in-person gatherings. This program is designed for HR Departments of One or Two, specifically for HR Professionals who handle HR responsibilities single-handedly or lack access to extensive HR departments or corporate assistance. The format is a facilitated open discussion to help each other deal with day-to-day issues HR Departments of One face.

We extend a warm invitation to HR Professionals from companies of all scales to collaborate, exchange valuable experiences, and offer support and guidance to one another. Whether you are a member or not, we encourage your attendance. Non-members are welcome and will have the opportunity to follow up and explore the numerous benefits of LRSHRM membership.

This program takes place virtually on Teams the third Thursday each month from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
