Topic: How to Develop a High Performance Culture
Topic Description: A culture is not the behavior of the people “living in it;” it is the “it” they live in. HR professionals must address the IT! It’s been stated that culture eats strategy for breakfast. And this is a serious reality! HR can make a huge impact in the culture so that key strategic initiatives are realized. In this session, participants will experience an interactive and fun session.
