Speaker: Special Agents - FBI Richmond
Description: Human Resources departments are common targets for malicious cyber actors and human intelligence collectors alike. Two special agents from the FBI's Richmond Division will provide an overview of how attackers use social engineering techniques to enable a cyber or HUMINT mission. Attendees will learn how to identify such campaigns and employ common-sense mitigations to limit their effectiveness.

- Identify common social engineering techniques used by cyber actors to enable unauthorized access to a digital network.
- Recognize common HUMINT techniques used by other malicious actors to elicit sensitive information.
