Speaker: Carrie Wright

Carrie Wright has been a business owner, entrepreneur, business strategist, brand-builder, marketing connoisseur and consultant and coach. Her passion is guiding people to their key strengths and finding ways to cultivate growth and development of individuals, teams, and organizations.

She developed the Liberty University Career Center to offer thriving services both in-person and virtually to residential and online students. Carrie served as part of the Executive Team for a multi-unit Chick-fil-A franchise, winning the "Gold" award for "Best Wait Staff" and "Best Kid Friendly" for 10 consecutive years. Using this expertise, she developed an award-winning Hospitality workshop that has received the Lynchburg Business Magazine's "Best Professional Development Workshop" award three times. 

Carrie has been a keynote speaker for the Central Virginia Business Coalition, The Empower Women's Conference and The Virginia Government Financial Officers Association. She has been part of leadership curriculum for the Lynchburg Regional Business Alliance, Leader Academy, Impact 2 Lead as well as created leadership development programs for multiple organizations and businesses.

Carrie has a Masters Degree in Counseling and an undergrad in Communication Studies. If she is not speaking or writing, you can find her singing as she has been a worship leader for more than 20 years and also serves as the Women's Ministry Director for her church.
