Topic: Leading Organizational Change: How HR can most effectively support change sponsors & champions
70% of large-scale organizational changes fail, typically because change champions don’t plan for the people side of change. HR business partners are pivotal to change success. Disruptive change can jeopardize your human capital investment by lowering productivity, increasing turnover, and making future change initiatives more difficult.
