Overview:
Data analytics extracts raw data from companies and compiles it into understandable data that can be used to achieve operational efficiency. Human resource (HR) analytics collects and applies talent data to improve talent and to drive workforce processes. The process of HR analytics is important to the overall staffing process within the organization because it keeps all hiring processes and procedures effortless and trouble-free. The actions such as hiring the right employees, onboarding with efficiency, and offboarding with effectiveness can all be tracked through the process of HR analytics.
