Topic: Reflections of HR Trends COVID-ized
Overview:
What could your business do with an extra 15% on your bottom line? If 2020 was/is the year of vision, what trends do we need to pay attention to now to be successful in 2021? We will look across the landscape and see the hot topics, issues and trends in HR. If today’s disengaged employees have 37% higher absenteeism, 18% lower productivity and 15% lower profitability, how might you craft a plan for your company for impact?
During this session, you will learn about the tactical implementation of a research-based, data driven approach to develop strategies that support your organization’s business goals and deliver the organizational changes necessary to be successful with the future workforce. Our workforce characteristics are changing from the expectations of people through how we augment the Human Experience with tools and technology. “People adhesion” will become increasingly important to build trust, deepen expertise, and thereby deliver results. We will review concepts from the book Reflect: for Life & Leadership. You will walk away with tactics to influence the decisions at your desk and in the C-suite level throughout the 2021.
