    Topic: Advancing Equity in the Workplace  

    Effective leaders appreciate and amplify diversity, inclusion, and equity to elevate organizational performance.  Inclusive leaders intentionally apply habits to build relationships with their employees to know their strengths and effectively engage their skills strategically to expand the ‘voices’ in the room – advancing equity.   In doing so, research show that diverse teams are 35% more likely to outperform their industry average.

    Speaker: Gloria T. Witt, Founder and CEO, Define Success Coaching & Facilitation

    Gloria Witt is the Founder and CEO of Define Success Coaching & Facilitation Services, LLC.  She has dedicated her career to helping global leaders achieve objectives with an intense focus on coaching intentional leadership behaviors.  She is committed to helping leaders create breakthrough measureable results.  

    Gloria is a gifted executive coach, expert trainer and facilitator.  She has extensive experience in multi-cultural matrixed corporate environments, government and non-profits.  Her areas of expertise include Executive Coaching and Assessment, Leadership Development, Succession Management, Conflict Management, Change Management, Communication, and Team Performance Facilitation.  All of her work is framed to produce inclusive leadership practices positioning her as a valuable voice when partnering with clients that are advancing diversity, inclusion and equity cultures.

    She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with minors in Sociology and Economics from Randolph College (formerly Randolph Macon Woman's College) and a Master of Business Administration from Capella University.  Gloria is a graduate from North Carolina State University’s Business Coaching Institute and received her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation.
