As the pandemic continues to reset major work trends, it is a great opportunity for HR Leaders to rethink their workforce and employee experience. Now is the time to begin strategic planning for your benefits program renewal and make the most of the coronavirus pandemic disruption. Whether you are focused on attracting and retaining talent or looking to lower fringe costs, understanding the changes in the world of benefits is crucial.
