Chris Picarde is a Senior Consultant at PI Midlantic, a consulting firm built on optimizing talent at all levels. Picarde specializes in training executives to better understand their own leadership styles and the strengths of their team members. Pesentation Summary: 

If your team is having to adapt to sudden shifting priorities, reconfiguring teams, experiencing lost productivity and increased disengagement, or navigating other challenges with COVID-19, this session will help you understand how to navigate these changing priorities, identify change agents vs. change averse people, and flatten the change curve for your organization.

In preparation for the January 14^th meeting Chris  has requested that everyone complete the Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment. This is a free-choice, scientifically-validated tool for measuring a person’s motivations and drives. It typically takes about 5-10 minutes to complete. They will provide your results to you in time for the meeting in January and this information will make the presentation much more relatable and impactful.
