As Founder of BLC, Brad continues to provide education to companies and the general public with a focus on injury prevention and human kinetic durability.
Presentation Summary:
The objective of this presentation is to provide HR Professionals with education about injury prevention. Due to the rise of soft tissue injuries and medical costs associated, it’s more relevant than ever to take proactive measures when creating an ergonomic work environment. More specifically, Musculoskeletal Disorder (MSD) injuries continue to rise throughout the USA. Therefore, much of the content will provide education about human kinetic durability in order to prevent common back pain, strains, sprains, and muscle tears.
Due to recent changes requiring employees to work from home, participants will learn how to set up their working space to ensure proper posture is improved and maintained. Our strategies and solutions are affordable and easy to implement, both at home and in the office, in order to enhance an ergonomic work environment.
