Topic: Neurodiversity Inclusion
Jordan Ferraresso and Philippe Ma will be presenting on the topic of Neurodiversity Inclusion for approximately 15 minutes. Roundtable discussion will be facilitated by the entire executive team before and after the presentation. Discussion will involve defining neurodiversity and describing how neurodiverse individuals can be an asset in the workplace, as well as ensuring an inclusive environment in the workplace for individuals with dyslexia, ADHD, autism, and more.
