Topic: Workplace Bullying. Define it. Identify it. Stop it.

This session explores workplace bullying, a term that describes a persistent and systematic pattern of aggression in the workplace, usually by a supervisor or peer with power, authority, or social clout. Workplace bullying causes traumatic, health-related harm to the target, affects the social climate of the organization, and costs the organization in bottom line finances.  The difference between workplace bullying and harassment is defined and  identified, and recommended actions are offered to prevent its occurrence.

Certification: Pre-Approved for SHRM Credit (1.00 Credit Hour) and HRCI Credit (1.00 General Credit Hour)
