Topic:  HR’s Guide to Conducting Internal Investigations

As an HR professional, you receive a variety of employee concerns related to topics like bullying, harassment, workplace safety, and overtime.  All of these concerns need to be addressed and investigated, though the scope of any needed HR response may vary.  This session explores how to establish and update your procedures for recognizing, receiving, and investigating employee concerns and delves into the “ins and outs” of conducting internal investigations.  We will guide you through the logistics, preparation, documentation, and responsive decision-making necessary to protect your company’s interests should litigation arise.
