    Topic: Diversity & Inclusion

What is the difference between diversity and inclusion?  Diversity in race, gender, age and culture promote new ideas and perspectives.  With the changing demographic shifts, globalization, and evolving technologies, understanding and leveraging diversity and inclusion are quickly becoming a strategic driver for growth.  Yet, studies report that only 20% of organizations are ready to address the challenges associated with designing systems to foster diversity and inclusion.  During the session, hear ideas about this topic, including:

    • Distinguishing the difference between diversity and inclusion
    • Viewing diversity and inclusion as a strategic initiative
    • Sharing workplace practices to strengthen inclusion
