Speaker: Bud Pierce
Bud Pierce is a performance Coach and the creator of NeuroPower Academy and the concept of “Leveraging Your Minds Infinite Potential”. Bud is a native of Bluefield, VA. He attended Bluefield College and Emory & Henry College, earning degrees in history and psychology. Bud graduated from Radford University with a Master of Science degree in industrial/organizational psychology. Bud was published in two psychology journals for his research in personnel selection. He holds many certifications, a few of which include

- Transformational Leadership
Bud has won national sales awards when he worked in the insurance industry for more than 25 years. Bud is a performance coach at Cortex Leadership Consulting.
