Topic: Mindsets for Strategic Thinking
Today's organizations face challenges that are more complex, ambiguous and seemingly impossible than ever. Fortunately, designers of all varieties have been exploring complex problems for decades, and their ways of thinking are as useful for business managers and HR professionals as they are for product designers and architects. This session explores two mindsets that shape the way individuals and organizations develop strategy and address challenges, introduces a design thinking problem-solving methodology, and shares examples of its role in strategic planning efforts.
Certification: SHRM Certified for 1.0 PDC Credit and HRCI Certified for 1.0 General Credit.
