New Strategies and Resources for Community Engagement , Recruiting and Retention

Learn new strategies for recruiting and retaining employees with diverse backgrounds through partnering with community organizations committed to the life and career success of the individuals they serve.  Using the Bridges Out of Poverty model, a panel of participants representing job seekers, community organizations and employers will provide resources and benefits available to ensure successful employment experiences for individuals coming out of poverty. Through a better understanding of the challenges facing individuals seeking to move out of poverty, HR practitioners can consider policies and practices that contribute to long-term employment success.
