Speaker: Scott McCarthy
After a fulfilling 25+ year career in Fortune 100 companies ranging from the world’s largest conglomerate to the financial services industry to non-profit healthcare, Scot McCarthy, Founder and Principal Consultant of StyleWise Partners, has been working independently in the Talent Management (TM) arena since 2015. He has played a key role in the assessment and development of human capital for leading domestic and international companies in the fields of retail, industrial manufacturing, healthcare, banking, and local, state and global non-profits.
Prior to establishing StyleWise Partners, Scot developed his broad-based skill set in talent management, human resources, organizational effectiveness, six sigma quality, change acceleration, financial analysis and project management.
Scot has been requested to be a keynote speaker, sit on panel discussions and to facilitate work sessions on talent management topics for organizations such as The Newman Group (a Korn-Ferry Company), The Conference Board, SHRM, American Red Cross, VA, SYSCO VA, IAAP, VAISEF, and the Lynchburg and Danville Virginia Chambers of Commerce.
