Leading Through Crisis - Sweet Briar College President Phillip Stone
After an uncertain future in early 2015, Sweet Briar College elected Phillip Stone as the 12th president of Sweet Briar College. Faced with many challenges, President Stone with the support of the new Sweet Briar College Board of Directors, dedicated alumnae and many other supporters created a dramatic turnaround in Sweet Briar College’s fortunes. President Stone will share his experiences recruiting the right talent to ensure the future of Sweet Briar College. President Stone will also describe some of the lessons learned building a team and a college that will serve many future generations.
