    Talent Intelligence Strategy is a term that has become more and more prevalent in Human Resources: Talent Intelligence. But what does it actually mean? In this presentation, Bob and Betsy will discuss how Bryq is paving the way for companies to optimize their Talent Intelligence Strategy.

    Speakers: Rob Sharkey, SVP, Sales and Betsy Phillips, Senior Talent Intelligence Consultant, Bryq

    Rob Sharkey joined Bryq to lead their Global Sales efforts and support the fast-growing North American Interest. Following major studies in Hospitality from the Rosen School of Hospitality at the University of Central Florida, Rob spent time with Fortune-25 institutions Verizon and Bank of America. More recently he joined technology start-ups Bronto Software (Now part of Oracle Marketing Cloud), QOMPLX, a leading cybersecurity firm and, Persado, applying mathematical certainty to words. Across his career, Rob has conducted hundreds of interviews, understands the unique challenges faced in high-volume hiring, and is passionate for helping others discover the uncommon simplicity of Bryq’s value to an organization.

    Betsy Phillips is an enthusiastic team member, who after 29 years in the staffing industry, joined Bryq to continue her passion with Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives, and collaborating with organizations to create best in class recruitment, hiring and inter mobility strategies.
    Betsy’s interest in behavioral science began in college and resulted in her receiving her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, Virginia. Throughout her professional career, she has worked in talent acquisition, project management, business development, program implementation and regional leadership. Betsy has a proven track record of developing sustainable growth strategies and long-standing customer relationships. She believes strongly in providing value to those she serves by communicating effectively and understanding the ever-evolving changes businesses go through, and manages to this change well. Betsy lives for family, friends and connections.
