    WORKSHOP:

    Achieving Success Through Inclusion”

Workplaces across Virginia are increasingly diverse.  Although diversity can contribute to myriad positive outcomes, research shows that groups which do not actively manage diversity often experience worse results.  This interactive workshop will increase awareness of conscious and unconscious biases that prevent successful outcomes from inclusion.  Participants will leave with knowledge, motivation, and skills to thrive in increasingly diverse organizations.
